Mental Health Assessments
The comprehensive mental health assessment is an important tool in assessing and evaluating a clients condition. The core features are: – Conversation and observation – Signs and symptoms – Establish therapeutic alliance.
Family Therapy
Facilitates the natural response of family or substitute as the means to create change within the family dynamics. Family Therapy deals with the integrated process of change within the family system.
Individual Therapy
Is an individual healing process which takes place between the client and the clinician targeting specific treatment needs tailored to the client.
Group Therapy
Tailored to meet the needs of (2) or more within a group setting identifying treatment needs such as but not limited to; changing maladaptive behaviors, coping skills, behavioral interventions, stress management, anger issues and many more.
Play Therapy

Day Treatment
Adult/Children Day Treatment Program assists clients in learning to cope with obstacles they are experiencing in daily life. Our goal is to help you achieve your optimum level of functioning by providing exceptional care, structure and support to stabilize and improve a clients mental health. Day treatment targets treating: mood disorders, anxiety disorders, self-harm, relationship issues, stress related disorders, family issues, co-occurring mental health disorders which often coincide with each other.
